How the waitlist works
Places at Paradise Lakes are limited — just 48 rooms across three houses — so we keep a waitlist of families we're getting to know ahead of time. Registering isn't a commitment; it simply means we can plan with you and reach out the moment something suits.
What happens after you register
- We'll acknowledge your enquiry and send you a short information pack.
- A member of our team will call at a time that suits, to understand what you're looking for.
- We'll invite you and your family in for a visit whenever you're ready.
- We'll keep in gentle contact and let you know as a suitable room comes up.
A note on ACAT assessments
To move into permanent residential care, most people need an assessment from an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). You don't need one to register with us — if you haven't started, we can point you in the right direction.
