Step through our doors and you'll feel it straight away — the warmth, the laughter, the genuine connections. Paradise Lakes isn't just a care home; it's an extending family where everyone knows your name.
With three cosy houses of just sixteen rooms each, we've intentionally stayed small. That means more time for a chat, more attention to the little things, and care that's truly personal. It's what our families have loved about us for over 25 years.
From private rooms with ensuites to beautiful lakeside gardens, every detail is designed for comfort, connection, and joy.
48 welcoming single rooms, each with their own ensuite, emergency call bells, complimentary WiFi, and comfortable furnishings. Your personal haven, arranged just the way you like it.
Fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our kitchen team. Our menus are reviewed by professional chefs and accredited dietitians — because good food is one of life's great pleasures.
Games, music, outings, social events — there's always something happening. Our activities program keeps days interesting and spirits high.
Peaceful walkways and rest areas beside the lake, with views of Paradise Lake Resort. A beautiful spot for a morning stroll or afternoon chat.
Spacious lounges, a library with a pianola, TV rooms, and game areas. There's always somewhere to gather, relax, or enjoy quiet time.
Our doors are always open. Family and friends are welcome to visit any time, join in activities, and share a meal.
Every person is different. Our team works with each resident and their family to create care that fits their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Comprehensive, ongoing support at all levels. Every care plan is as individual as the person it's for — built around your needs, your preferences, and your way of life.

Home-cooked meals and dietitian-reviewed menus for balanced, enjoyable dining
We know aged care fees can be confusing. We're here to walk you through everything — no jargon, no pressure, just honest guidance.
The Australian Government regulates maximum daily fees to keep aged care affordable. Your fees may include a basic daily fee and a means-tested care fee, based on your individual assessment by Services Australia.
Fee amounts are set by the Government and updated regularly. Visit My Aged Care for current amounts.
What you pay for accommodation depends on your financial assessment. Fully or partially supported residents receive government assistance. Non-supported residents have negotiable accommodation prices.
You can pay as a lump sum (refundable deposit), daily payment, or a mix of both.
We welcome fully supported, partially supported, and non-supported residents.
Our published maximum accommodation price for a private room with ensuite at Paradise Lakes Care Centre. This is a fully refundable deposit — it is returned in full when you leave.
This is the maximum published price and may be negotiable. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your individual circumstances. Published as required under the Aged Care Act 2024.
The best way to understand your options is to come and visit us. We'll sit down together, explain everything in plain language, and help you work out the most affordable arrangement for your situation.
You don't need to figure this out alone — that's what we're here for.
These are real messages from real families. They mean the world to us — and they say it better than we ever could.
Thank you to the wonderful staff. The genuine care shown towards mum is just invaluable to us.
I couldn't have asked for a better place for Nan. You accommodated our needs and provided great communication, which wasn't easy being interstate.
The caring personal touches shown to mum and all residents were incredible. The smiles and laughter in the house were lovely. I highly recommend this centre.
Under the Aged Care Act 2024, every person receiving Government-funded aged care has fundamental rights. We champion these for every resident, every day.
